- Where are we? We are based in the Stamford Suite, next to the A1 Club which is within the Amenity Centre on campus. If you have an appointment then please wait in the A1 club area and your therapist will come to collect you.
- Can I bring my children? We understand that it can be difficult to sometimes find the time to fit in a treatment when you have children. There are not always the child care options, especially if your family isn't nearby to help. We are therefore happy for you to bring your child/children with you during your treatment but please note that the relaxation process will not be the same as without them! You will need to bring something for them to play with or keep them occupied during your treatment but there are sofas and tables available in the room for them to use.
- Where can I park? There is ample parking outside the Amenity Centre.
- How can I pay? We accept all methods of payment:- cash, cheque or credit card
- Lateness policy: should you arrive late for an appointment the full treatment cost will be charged. However, as a courtesy to all awaiting clients we may have to shorten your treatment.
- Cancellation policy: As a personal courtesy, we request 24hr cancellation notice to be given or we will have to charge for one-half of the service.
- No Show Policy: Where no notice is given and an appointment is completely missed the total treatment cost will be charged.
